Ta Xua Private Tours, Ta Xua Commune, Son La Province, Vietnam (“we”) runs taxuavietnam.com. This policy explains what we collect when you browse this site or book a tour, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

When you book: your name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, hotel for pickup, group size and any note you add, such as dietary needs or mobility limits. When you message us: what you send on WhatsApp or by email. Card and PayPal details go directly to the payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers.

2. Why we use it

To run your booking, send your confirmation, keep accounting records and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

3. Who we share it with

Your guide, driver, the lodge and our licensed partner operator receive what they need to run the tour: your name, number of guests, pickup hotel and any special needs. If you pay the balance in cash, your guide also knows the amount due. Your card is used for either the full payment or the deposit through the payment provider.

4. How long we keep it

Booking and accounting records: 10 years, as Vietnamese accounting law requires. Support conversations: 24 months after your tour. If you did not book, enquiries are deleted after 12 months.

5. Services on this site

This site runs on WordPress and WooCommerce on commercial hosting. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. We do not currently use analytics or advertising pixels.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, subject to the records we must keep by law. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 30 days.
